A Soccer Ball is made by cutting the Rubber Type fabric which is then processed with Polyester Cloth glued 4 times to the back. Then it is cut into 20 Hexagons and 12 Pentagons. Stitching holes are shown where to go. They are stitched inside out and then the air value is glued into place with a rubber bladder. They can be hand stitched or machine stitched. Then they are inflated and tested for 48 hours. If they retain their shape and hold air they are shipped out.
